Living the cliche

Last Saturday I linked to a great 43 Folders podcast about how creative types need to work out when they work best.

An obvious corollary is to work out where you work best. I can do pretty much any kind of writing from home with the exception of stand-up comedy. For some reason my best jokes are written longhand when I'm sitting in a pub or cafe.

Sigh.
